Anthony Hes is the founder behind all about crêpe, a unique crêperie/catering service. Anthony's story is as unusual as some of his crêpe creations themselves. After working as a Swiss banker all his life, he decided to follow his passion for cooking and realized a dream with all about crêpe.
His secret? The crêpe batter must taste exactly like his grandmother and mother at home!
His fillings are both traditionally French and interpreted in a cosmopolitan and innovative way. When selecting his high-quality ingredients, he makes sure that they are regional, seasonal and organic. Whether sweet or savory, a crêpe from all about crêpe is something very special!

For this, our dough is prepared according to grandmother's recipe and dressed with fresh products, ingredients and herbs from the region. Our pancakes are always freshly prepared to offer you a delicious and healthy meal: Whether for breakfast or dinner, the pleasure of crepes knows no limits.
Not only in the preparation we are always looking for new creations, also in the form we are busy tinkering. Thus, our ingenious folding technique, allows you to enjoy our delicacies, without unpopular spilling your clothes.
With us you will find unique quality and taste - fresh from the cast iron pan. Our crêpes are prepared fresh every morning with the best ingredients from Switzerland. For this we cooperate with regional, Swiss farmers, butchers and cheesemakers.
Our crêpes not only flatter your taste buds, but also the environment. For this we use only ecologically degradable "Kraft packaging", napkins and cutlery.
Our crêpe dough is made by hand and exclusively with organic products (except the flour).
