By the way: Our “Lunch Menu – Salty & Sweet” is particularly popular. You can choose between three delicious meat creations or 3 delicious vegetarian creations. There is also a sweet crêpe roll, where you can choose from three flavors. This extensive lunch-to-go offer costs 18-20 francs. And for pupils and students there is even a 10 percent discount.
In the winter months there is a homemade vegetarian soup instead of a sweet crêpe roll.

A crêpe is a rich dish, and two together make a perfect lunch menu. For just 20.00 francs you get one savoury and one sweet crêpe (vegetarian version for just 18.00 francs). And for schoolchildren the lunch offer is even 2 francs cheaper.


Made from fresh regional ingredients
When it comes to ingredients, Anthony Hes knows no compromise: Only the best is good enough. Which means: regional, seasonal ingredients wherever possible from selected suppliers who practice their craft with the same passion as he does.
We get our beef pastrami for our popular “Züri Style” crêpe from Bens Butchery in Zurich. Sustainability and quality are our butcher's top priority. For our high-quality smoked salmon, we rely on the quality of Dörig & Brandl AG from Schlieren. Our diverse range of cheeses comes from the renowned cheese merchant Chäs & Co., which has been based in Bergdietikon since 1987. The full-bodied coffee is roasted by the professionals at Kaffee-Erlebnis.ch in Thurgau and the indispensable caramel au beurre salé is produced by Trois Bon in Schaffhausen. Finally, our jams come from Bonne Maman – they always remind Anthony of his childhood in Paris.
