When it comes to ingredients, Anthony Hes knows no compromise: Only the best is good enough. Which means: regional, seasonal ingredients wherever possible from selected suppliers who practice their craft with the same passion as he does.

Das Rind Pastrami für unsere beliebte „Züri Style“ Crêpe beziehen wir von traditionsreichen Metzgerei Keller in Zürich-Wiedikon. Für unseren hochwertigen Rauchlachs setzen wir auf die Qualität der Dörig & Brandl AG aus Schlieren. Unser vielfältiges Käseangebot stammt vom renommierten Käsehändler Chäs & Co., der seit 1987 in Bergdietikon ansässig ist. Den vollmundigen Kaffee rösten die Profis von im Thurgau und das unverzichtbare Caramel au beurre salé wird von Trois Bon in Schaffhausen hergestellt. Unsere Konfitüren kommen schliesslich von Bonne Maman – sie erinnern Anthony stets an seine Kindheit in Paris.
