Two simple preparation options:
Soft crêpes: Heat in the microwave at 600 watts for approx. 45 seconds – delightfully warm, soft and tender.
Crispy crêpes: Fry briefly in a pan with a little butter on both sides – golden brown, crispy and full of flavor.
